Edoardo Ponti (born January 6, 1973) is an Italian-American director. He is the son of actress Sophia Loren and producer Carlo Ponti. He is married to actress Sasha Alexander, and the couple have a daughter, Lucia (born May 12, 2006) and a son, Leonardo Fortunato Ponti (born December 20, 2010).
He made his directorial debut in 1998 with Liv. In 2002 he directed his second film, Between Strangers, starring Sophia Loren and Mira Sorvino. His next film, Coming and Going, is in post-production.
